Privacy Policy
§ 1 — Data Controller. CreativeSignalLab, located at Klopstockstr. 3, 30827 Garbsen, Germany, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.
§ 2 — Data Collection. We collect personal data only when voluntarily submitted through contact forms, including: full name, email address, and message content. This data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and delivering requested services.
§ 3 — Legal Basis. Data processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
§ 4 — Data Retention. Personal data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, or until the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, whichever occurs first.

§ 6 — Third-Party Sharing. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared only with service providers essential to website operation (e.g., hosting providers) under Data Processing Agreements per Art. 28 GDPR.
Terms of Service
§ 1 — Scope of Services. CreativeSignalLab provides creative technology services including but not limited to: web technology prototyping, interactive digital experience development, bespoke software engineering, and creative technology consulting. All services are subject to individual project agreements.
§ 2 — Project Agreements. Each engagement begins with a written project agreement defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. CreativeSignalLab reserves the right to amend scope through formal change orders agreed upon by both parties.
§ 3 — Payment Terms. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 9 percentage points above the base rate per § 288 BGB. CreativeSignalLab may suspend services for overdue accounts.
§ 4 — Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights transfer to the client. CreativeSignalLab retains the right to display project work in portfolios and marketing materials unless explicitly restricted in writing.
§ 5 — Limitation of Liability. CreativeSignalLab's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the total project value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.
§ 6 — Termination. Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Client is liable for all work completed up to the termination date. Non-refundable third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf remain the client's responsibility.
Cookie Policy
§ 1 — Essential Cookies. This website uses strictly necessary cookies for core functionality including session management and user preferences. These cookies do not require explicit consent under ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3).
§ 2 — No Tracking. CreativeSignalLab does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking scripts. Your browsing behavior is not monitored, profiled, or shared with external parties.
§ 3 — Consent. A cookie consent banner is presented on your first visit. You may accept essential cookies or reject them. Consent is stored in localStorage and may be revoked at any time by clearing browser data.
Refund Policy
§ 1 — Refund Eligibility. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis relative to completed project milestones. Work delivered and accepted by the client is non-refundable.
§ 2 — Partial Refunds. If a project is terminated before completion, a partial refund may be issued for undelivered milestones. The refund amount equals the difference between total payment received and the value of work completed, assessed at fair market rates.
§ 3 — Processing. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. CreativeSignalLab will notify the client via email upon refund initiation.
§ 4 — Disputes. In case of disagreement regarding refund amounts, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal dispute resolution under German law (§§ 355 ff. BGB).
